Deposit, Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
Divine Dating Co. arranges private introductions between screened clients and independent adult companions. All engagements involve advance planning, coordination with third parties (transportation, accommodation, providers), and administrative effort. This policy explains how deposits are handled and the circumstances in which refunds, credits, or reschedules may be offered.
2. Deposits are generally NOT automatically refundable
A deposit is required to confirm every booking. Deposits are generally applied toward the appointment but are not automatically refundable. Any refund, credit, or reschedule is issued at Divine Dating Co.'s reasonable discretion and is evaluated case-by-case based on the specific circumstances of the request.
3. Standard cancellation terms (typical local bookings)
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the confirmed engagement may be eligible for a one-time reschedule or a partial credit toward a future booking. Cancellations 24–72 hours in advance are typically non-refundable but a reschedule may be offered at our discretion. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable and may result in additional charges to the client. No-shows forfeit the full deposit and may result in removal from our verified client list.
4. Fly Me To You, travel, and multi-day engagements
Fly Me To You bookings involve pre-paid airfare, hotel reservations, ground transportation, and provider travel time — costs that are incurred before the engagement begins and are generally non-recoverable. Deposits and prepayments for FMTY, weekend, and multi-day engagements are non-refundable once travel arrangements have been booked or a provider has committed travel days. Rescheduling may be possible when third-party booking terms allow, subject to change fees and rate differences that the client is responsible for.
5. Holidays, special events, and peak dates
Bookings on holidays, high-demand weekends (e.g., Super Bowl weekend, Formula 1 races, major fashion weeks, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day), and special events carry strict non-refundable deposit terms. These dates are reserved from a limited inventory and cannot be resold on short notice.
6. Custom and bespoke arrangements
Bespoke arrangements — private events, extended travel, exclusive introductions, custom itineraries, or concierge-designed experiences — carry customized terms disclosed in advance. Concierge, planning, and administrative time invested in bespoke arrangements is not refundable.
7. Screening and administrative fees
Any portion of a deposit allocated to screening, verification, or administrative processing is retained and non-refundable regardless of whether the booking proceeds. This covers third-party background checks, identity verification, and vetting-team time already spent on your account.
8. Cancellation or postponement by Divine Dating Co.
Divine Dating Co. reserves the right — at any time and without prior notice — to decline, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any booking or introduction for any of the following reasons: (a) safety or security concerns for a provider or the client, (b) failed or incomplete verification, (c) suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or use of altered payment methods, (d) provider illness, injury, or unavailability, (e) travel disruption, weather, natural disaster, or force majeure, (f) legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements, (g) abusive, threatening, harassing, or disrespectful behavior toward staff or providers, (h) reasonable operational, scheduling, or business circumstances, (i) any other reasonable circumstance we determine in good faith. In such cases, we may offer — but are not obligated to offer — a full or partial refund, credit, or reschedule at our sole discretion.
9. Refund method and timing
When a refund is issued, it is returned to the original payment method. Refunds via credit card typically post within 5–10 business days. Crypto refunds are issued at the market rate at the time the refund is processed, and any exchange-rate difference is borne by the client. Wire and bank-transfer refunds carry their own bank processing timelines. Refund processing fees may be deducted.
10. Membership fees
The Lifetime VIP Membership fee is non-refundable after seven (7) days from purchase. Within the first seven days, if no membership benefits have been used (no rate cards viewed, no priority bookings placed, no concierge services rendered), a full refund is available upon written request to angels@divinedating.vip.
11. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback in place of contacting our concierge is a violation of these terms. All chargebacks are contested with documentation, and any client who initiates a chargeback without first attempting resolution through concierge will be permanently removed from our verified client list and reported to industry fraud databases.
12. Disputes
Disputes concerning this policy are resolved by written communication with our concierge team at angels@divinedating.vip. Continued escalation is handled in accordance with the arbitration clause in our Terms of Introduction.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time your booking is placed governs that booking. Existing bookings are not retroactively affected by later changes.
