Terms of Introduction.

Divine Dating Co., established 2003 ("the House", operating as Divine Dating VIP), is a private introduction, companionship, booking and concierge service. All fees we quote or receive are exclusively for time, companionship, introductions, concierge services, scheduling, coordination, social engagements, travel arrangements where applicable, and related services.

The House does not sell, arrange, negotiate, promise or guarantee sexual activity. No sexual act is included in, promised by, or a condition of any reservation, and our staff do not negotiate sexual services between clients and companions. Any activity that occurs beyond the introduction is a private matter between two consenting adults over the age of 18, does not form part of any agreement with the House, and is neither solicited nor discussed by us.

All communication, reservations, rebookings, payment matters, cancellations, credits and refunds must remain coordinated through the House. Clients and companions introduced by the House may not exchange private contact information for the purpose of communicating or booking outside the agency, and direct booking or circumvention between clients and companions is prohibited — even where contact details are later obtained from another source. All companions on our roster are 18 years of age or older, verified during onboarding. All clients confirm they are 18 or older when passing the age gate on entering the site. Companions may decline any introduction at any time for any reason without penalty.

Every client is screened once, confidentially, before their first introduction. Screening data is encrypted at rest, accessible only to our two-person vetting team, and retained only as long as legally required. Providing knowingly false information voids all future bookings and forfeits any deposit on file.

A deposit is required to confirm every booking. Deposits are generally applied toward the appointment but are not automatically refundable. Cancellation, rescheduling, booking-credit and monetary-refund requests are reviewed individually by the House (allow up to seven calendar days), with the amount of notice given an important factor; a booking credit is not a monetary refund. Same-day, short-notice and no-show situations are generally non-refundable, and Fly Me To You, travel, holiday, special-event and other custom arrangements may carry booking-specific written terms that control. Decisions rest exclusively with the House — a companion has no authority to promise, approve, deny or negotiate any refund, credit or cancellation decision unless authorized by the House in writing. Divine Dating Co. reserves the right to decline, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any appointment at any time for safety, security, verification failure, provider availability, legal compliance, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, threats, harassment, operational reasons, or any other reasonable circumstance.

Concierge staff sign mutual NDAs. Our Angels operate under the same protocols. We do not share client identity with anyone outside the vetting team, including other Angels, without explicit permission. Please read our Discretion Promise for full detail.

We do not tolerate coercion, harassment, disrespect, or unlawful behavior of any kind toward our Angels or staff. Verified clients found in violation of these standards are removed permanently, deposits forfeit.

Attempts to circumvent the House — arranging direct bookings, privately soliciting a companion or client, or improperly exchanging personal information — may result in cancellation of current or future booking privileges, termination of the business relationship and, for companions, removal from the Divine Dating VIP network, subject to applicable law and any applicable written agreements.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the House operates. Any disputes are handled through private arbitration to protect the discretion of all parties.

We may amend these terms at any time. Current terms are always the ones displayed on this page. Substantive changes are communicated to verified clients by email in advance of taking effect.
