Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Divine Dating VIP provides personalized concierge introduction, companionship, reservation, scheduling and travel-coordination services. Fees are for time, companionship, introductions and concierge coordination; Divine Dating VIP does not sell, arrange or guarantee sexual activity, and no sexual act is included in or a condition of any reservation. Because reservations may require advance planning, limited availability, travel arrangements, accommodations, administrative preparation and the commitment of time and resources that may no longer be available to another client, all bookings and payments are subject to this policy.

By requesting and submitting payment toward a Divine Dating VIP reservation after being provided access to the website and its policies, the client acknowledges that the reservation is subject to the policies published by Divine Dating VIP, subject to applicable law.

Throughout this policy, a monetary refund means money returned to the client, and a booking credit means value held with Divine Dating VIP for a future eligible reservation. The two are distinct and are never used interchangeably in this policy.

Booking-Specific Terms

This policy establishes Divine Dating VIP’s general cancellation, rescheduling, credit and refund terms. Individual reservations may be subject to different or additional terms based upon the companion, location, amount of advance notice, length of reservation, travel requirements, accommodations, Fly-Me-To-You arrangements, special events, promotional pricing or other booking-specific circumstances.

If Divine Dating VIP expressly provides different cancellation, refund, credit or rescheduling terms for a particular reservation in writing, those booking-specific terms will control to the extent they differ from this general policy, subject to applicable law.

1. Booking Payments & Deposits

Booking deposits and other reservation payments secure limited availability and allow Divine Dating VIP to begin coordinating the requested reservation.

Upon receipt of payment, Divine Dating VIP may immediately begin allocating time and resources, reserving availability, coordinating schedules or travel, arranging accommodations, performing administrative and concierge services, and declining conflicting booking opportunities.

All booking payments and deposits are considered committed to the reservation once received and are not automatically refundable.

A client’s request to cancel a reservation or receive money back does not constitute approval of a monetary refund.

2. Cancellation Requests & Timing

All cancellation requests are reviewed individually by Divine Dating VIP.

For administrative accuracy, clients should submit cancellation or rescheduling requests in writing to Angels@DivineDating.vip or through another written communication channel acknowledged by Divine Dating VIP. The time Divine Dating VIP receives the request may be considered when evaluating notice provided. Nothing in this requirement limits any cancellation method or consumer right that applicable law requires Divine Dating VIP to honor.

The amount of advance notice provided is an important consideration in every cancellation review. Reservations cancelled further in advance may allow greater flexibility for rescheduling, booking credit, partial monetary refund or full monetary refund depending upon the circumstances.

As the scheduled reservation approaches, availability may already have been removed from the calendar, conflicting opportunities may have been declined, travel or accommodations may have been committed, and administrative or concierge services may already have been performed. Accordingly, available cancellation accommodations may become more limited as the reservation date approaches.

Submitting a cancellation or refund request does not guarantee that funds will be returned in cash, through the original payment method, or through any payment method requested by the client.

Depending upon the individual circumstances, Divine Dating VIP may determine that the appropriate resolution is:

a full monetary refund;
a partial monetary refund;
a full booking credit;
a partial booking credit;
rescheduling the reservation;
modification of the existing reservation;
another mutually accepted reservation, date or location;
another reasonable accommodation; or
no additional refund, credit or accommodation when appropriate.

A booking credit is not a monetary refund. A statement that a reservation may be reviewed for refund, credit or cancellation does not guarantee that funds will be returned through the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Dating VIP retains discretion to determine the appropriate resolution of each cancellation, rescheduling, credit or refund request.

3. Booking Credits

When Divine Dating VIP determines that a booking credit is an appropriate resolution, the credit represents value that may be applied toward a future eligible reservation.

Unless Divine Dating VIP expressly agrees otherwise in writing:

booking credits are not cash;
booking credits are not automatically convertible or redeemable for cash;
issuance of a credit does not create an obligation to subsequently issue a monetary refund;
future use remains subject to availability, scheduling, locations, current rates and booking requirements; and
credits are non-transferable unless specifically authorized by Divine Dating VIP.

Divine Dating VIP may extend, modify, preserve promotional value, or otherwise make exceptions to credit terms when the company determines that doing so is appropriate.

4. Schedule Changes, Travel Delays, Fly-Me-To-You & Availability

Divine Dating VIP makes every reasonable effort to coordinate confirmed reservations as planned. However, scheduling and travel occasionally require adjustments due to circumstances that may arise before or during a reservation.

These circumstances may include, without limitation:

airline or transportation delays;
flight cancellations;
weather conditions;
illness or emergencies;
scheduling changes;
travel interruptions;
hotel or accommodation issues;
tour schedule changes;
safety or security concerns;
changes in a companion’s availability;
governmental or transportation restrictions; or
other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Divine Dating VIP.

When circumstances require a material scheduling adjustment, Divine Dating VIP may offer another time, date, location, companion, booking credit or other reasonable accommodation.

A change to an anticipated appointment time, travel schedule, location or availability does not automatically create an entitlement to a monetary refund.

Fly-Me-To-You reservations and other travel-dependent bookings may require airfare, accommodations, transportation or other third-party expenses. Amounts already paid to third parties and not reasonably recoverable may be considered when determining any cancellation, refund, credit or rescheduling resolution, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Fly-Me-To-You and other travel-dependent reservations may carry additional booking-specific terms, which are disclosed in writing before payment and control as described under Booking-Specific Terms above.

5. Changes Involving Divine Dating VIP or a Companion

Although every reasonable effort is made to honor arrangements, there may be occasions when Divine Dating VIP or a companion must modify an original reservation.

When this occurs, Divine Dating VIP may first attempt to preserve the booking by offering one or more reasonable alternatives, including:

another time;
another date;
another location;
another available companion;
an adjusted reservation;
a future booking credit; or
another appropriate accommodation.

If Divine Dating VIP is unable to provide the specifically confirmed companion, Divine Dating VIP may offer reasonable alternatives including another date, time, location, companion or booking credit. The client is not required to accept a substitute companion. If an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, the matter will be reviewed under this policy to determine the appropriate monetary refund, booking credit or other resolution based upon the circumstances and applicable law.

If a client declines the reasonable alternatives available, the matter may be submitted for cancellation review.

A scheduling change or inability to complete the original arrangement exactly as initially anticipated does not, by itself, guarantee a monetary refund.

Each situation may be evaluated based upon its individual circumstances, including alternatives offered, resources already committed, expenses incurred, services already performed and applicable law.

6. Client-Initiated Changes or Cancellations

Payments are not automatically refundable when a client:

changes travel plans;
becomes unavailable;
changes the requested date or time;
decides not to proceed;
cannot accommodate reasonable scheduling alternatives;
fails to provide required booking information;
becomes unreachable;
arrives materially late;
fails to appear; or
otherwise prevents the reservation from proceeding as arranged.

Divine Dating VIP will determine whether the appropriate resolution is rescheduling, credit, modification, another accommodation or another outcome based upon the circumstances.

7. Same-Day, Short-Notice & Tour Reservations

Same-day, next-day, tour, promotional and short-notice reservations often require immediate coordination and involve particularly limited availability.

Same-day, next-day, tour, promotional and other short-notice reservations are generally non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed and coordination has begun, except where Divine Dating VIP expressly determines otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

Divine Dating VIP may nevertheless elect to provide a booking credit, rescheduling opportunity, partial adjustment or other accommodation when circumstances warrant.

8. Promotional & Special-Rate Reservations

Promotional pricing, discounted reservations, tour promotions, preferred-client pricing, membership-related offers and other special arrangements may be subject to additional restrictions communicated in connection with the reservation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, promotional and special-rate reservations remain subject to this policy.

If a promotional reservation is changed or rescheduled, the original promotional pricing is not automatically guaranteed for a future reservation unless Divine Dating VIP expressly agrees to preserve it.

9. Refund Review Process

All monetary refund requests require review and approval by Divine Dating VIP.

Cancellation, rescheduling, credit and refund requests require administrative review. Divine Dating VIP may take up to seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the request and any information reasonably required to evaluate it to provide a determination.

This seven-day period is a review period and does not mean that a monetary refund has been approved.

If a monetary refund is approved, additional processing time required by banks, payment platforms, cryptocurrency services or other third-party payment providers is outside Divine Dating VIP’s control.

Submission of a request does not mean that a refund has been approved.

No concierge, companion, independent contractor, booker or representative may guarantee a monetary refund unless expressly authorized by Divine Dating VIP to do so in writing.

General discussions regarding possible cancellation flexibility, refund eligibility or accommodations do not constitute approval of a monetary refund. Any expressly authorized booking-specific written terms will be honored subject to applicable law. A general reference to a reservation being “refundable” means only that it is eligible for review under this policy; it does not by itself mean a full monetary refund unless an expressly authorized written communication specifically says so.

A companion does not have authority to promise, approve, deny, negotiate or determine a refund, credit, cancellation decision or other financial resolution on behalf of Divine Dating VIP unless specifically authorized in writing. Any private statement by a companion about whether a client will or will not receive a refund or credit does not constitute an official Divine Dating VIP decision. This published policy controls.

Requests received during weekends, holidays or outside normal administrative business hours may not be reviewed until the next business day.

In reviewing a request, Divine Dating VIP may consider factors including:

the timing of the cancellation;
the circumstances surrounding the reservation;
work already performed;
administrative and concierge services already provided;
travel or accommodation expenses;
time and availability already reserved;
opportunities declined because availability was reserved;
alternative arrangements offered;
whether reasonable alternatives were declined;
whether rescheduling is available;
whether a future booking credit is appropriate; and
any other circumstances relevant to the reservation.

10. Form of Resolution

The client does not automatically have the right to select the form of any approved accommodation or resolution.

Even when Divine Dating VIP determines that an adjustment is appropriate, the company may determine that the appropriate resolution is:

rescheduling;
future booking credit;
an alternative reservation;
an alternative companion;
a partial adjustment;
a monetary refund; or
another appropriate accommodation.

A client’s request that funds be returned by Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or any other particular payment method does not create an obligation for Divine Dating VIP to issue a monetary refund or to use the payment method requested by the client.

If a monetary refund is approved, Divine Dating VIP may determine the appropriate processing method based upon the original transaction, payment-provider requirements, fraud-prevention considerations, accounting requirements and the circumstances of the reservation.

Banking and payment-platform processing times are outside the direct control of Divine Dating VIP.

11. Concierge & Coordination Services

Clients acknowledge that substantial work and value may be provided before the scheduled appointment itself.

Such services may include:

communications;
introductions;
reservation management;
scheduling;
availability coordination;
administrative services;
travel coordination;
accommodation coordination; and
other concierge services associated with arranging the reservation.

Accordingly, cancellation of an appointment does not necessarily mean that no services have already been provided, no expenses have been incurred, or no resources have been committed.

12. No Guarantee of Continuing Availability

Website listings, tour pages, advertisements, emails, text messages and availability communications reflect information available at the time they are provided.

Travel schedules and availability may subsequently change.

No website listing, advertisement, preliminary availability statement or tour listing constitutes an unconditional guarantee that a particular companion will remain available at a particular time until final scheduling and coordination are completed.

If availability materially changes, Divine Dating VIP will determine an appropriate response under this policy.

13. No-Shows, Late Arrivals & Failure to Proceed

A client who fails to appear for a confirmed reservation, becomes unreachable at the scheduled time, fails to satisfy agreed booking requirements, or otherwise prevents the confirmed reservation from proceeding without sufficient notice will generally be considered a no-show.

Payments associated with a no-show are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law. Divine Dating VIP may, in its discretion, provide a booking credit, rescheduling opportunity or another accommodation when circumstances warrant.

If a client arrives materially late or provides materially inaccurate booking information, some or all amounts paid may be retained, applied as booking credit, or otherwise handled as Divine Dating VIP determines appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law. No monetary refund is automatically guaranteed in these situations.

14. Individual Review & No Precedent

Every reservation is different and every cancellation or scheduling issue is evaluated individually.

A credit, refund, exception, promotional accommodation or other resolution provided in one situation does not establish a precedent or create an obligation for Divine Dating VIP to provide the same resolution in another situation.

Divine Dating VIP reserves the right to make exceptions when the company determines that doing so is appropriate.

15. Company Discretion

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, decisions concerning cancellations, rescheduling, booking credits, accommodations and monetary refunds remain within the discretion of Divine Dating VIP.

A cancellation request is a request for review and does not create an automatic right to receive a monetary refund.

The fact that Divine Dating VIP offers an alternative date, time, companion, location, credit or other accommodation does not constitute an admission of liability or create an automatic obligation to provide a monetary refund.

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate, restrict or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. Divine Dating VIP is based in Florida and coordinates reservations in many other cities and states; if the applicable law of any jurisdiction provides a client with rights greater than those stated in this policy, applicable law controls.

16. Payment Disputes & Transaction Records

Clients are encouraged to contact Divine Dating VIP directly regarding booking or payment concerns so the matter can be properly reviewed.

Divine Dating VIP reserves the right to maintain and provide relevant transaction documentation when responding to a payment dispute, including booking correspondence, payment records, reservation information, scheduling communications, policy terms, accommodations or credits offered, services performed and other relevant records.

Nothing in this section prevents a client from exercising rights available under applicable law or through an applicable payment provider.

17. Communication & Rebooking Through Divine Dating VIP

All communication, reservations, rebookings, payment matters, cancellations, credits and refunds must remain coordinated through Divine Dating VIP. Clients and companions introduced through Divine Dating VIP may not exchange private contact information to communicate or book outside the agency, and direct booking or circumvention between clients and companions is prohibited — even where contact details are later obtained elsewhere. Violations may result in loss of booking privileges, termination of the relationship or removal of a companion from the network, subject to applicable law and written agreements. 18. Policy Applicable to the Reservation

Divine Dating VIP may update this policy periodically as the business and its services evolve.

The policy published on the Divine Dating VIP website at the time the applicable booking payment is received will govern that reservation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, together with any expressly authorized booking-specific written terms.
