Divine Dating VIP
Booking, Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Divine Dating VIP provides personalized concierge introduction, reservation, scheduling and travel-coordination services. Because reservations may require advance planning, limited availability, travel arrangements, accommodations, administrative preparation and the commitment of time and resources that may no longer be available to another client, all bookings and payments are subject to this policy.
By requesting and submitting payment toward a Divine Dating VIP reservation after being provided access to the website and its policies, the client acknowledges that the reservation is subject to the policies published by Divine Dating VIP, subject to applicable law.
1. Booking Payments & Deposits
Booking deposits and other reservation payments secure limited availability and allow Divine Dating VIP to begin coordinating the requested reservation.
Upon receipt of payment, Divine Dating VIP may immediately begin allocating time and resources, reserving availability, coordinating schedules or travel, arranging accommodations, performing administrative and concierge services, and declining conflicting booking opportunities.
All booking payments and deposits are considered committed to the reservation once received and are not automatically refundable.
A client’s request to cancel a reservation or receive money back does not constitute approval of a monetary refund.
2. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests are reviewed individually by Divine Dating VIP.
Submitting a cancellation or refund request does not guarantee that funds will be returned in cash, through the original payment method, or through any payment method requested by the client.
Depending upon the individual circumstances, Divine Dating VIP may determine that the appropriate resolution is:
- rescheduling the reservation;
- issuing a Divine Dating VIP booking credit;
- transferring the reservation to another available date;
- arranging another available location;
- arranging another available companion;
- modifying the existing reservation;
- issuing a partial booking credit;
- issuing a full booking credit;
- approving a partial monetary refund;
- approving a full monetary refund; or
- determining that no additional refund, credit or accommodation is warranted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Divine Dating VIP retains discretion to determine the appropriate resolution of each cancellation, rescheduling, credit or refund request.
3. Booking Credits
When Divine Dating VIP determines that a booking credit is an appropriate resolution, the credit represents value that may be applied toward a future eligible reservation.
Unless Divine Dating VIP expressly agrees otherwise in writing:
- booking credits are not cash;
- booking credits are not automatically convertible or redeemable for cash;
- issuance of a credit does not create an obligation to subsequently issue a monetary refund;
- future use remains subject to availability, scheduling, locations, current rates and booking requirements; and
- credits are non-transferable unless specifically authorized by Divine Dating VIP.
Divine Dating VIP may extend, modify, preserve promotional value, or otherwise make exceptions to credit terms when the company determines that doing so is appropriate.
4. Schedule Changes, Travel Delays & Availability
Divine Dating VIP makes every reasonable effort to coordinate confirmed reservations as planned. However, scheduling and travel occasionally require adjustments due to circumstances that may arise before or during a reservation.
These circumstances may include, without limitation:
- airline or transportation delays;
- flight cancellations;
- weather conditions;
- illness or emergencies;
- scheduling changes;
- travel interruptions;
- hotel or accommodation issues;
- tour schedule changes;
- safety or security concerns;
- changes in a companion’s availability;
- governmental or transportation restrictions; or
- other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Divine Dating VIP.
When circumstances require a material scheduling adjustment, Divine Dating VIP may offer another time, date, location, companion, booking credit or other reasonable accommodation.
A change to an anticipated appointment time, travel schedule, location or availability does not automatically create an entitlement to a monetary refund.
5. Changes Involving Divine Dating VIP or a Companion
Although every reasonable effort is made to honor arrangements, there may be occasions when Divine Dating VIP or a companion must modify an original reservation.
When this occurs, Divine Dating VIP may first attempt to preserve the booking by offering one or more reasonable alternatives, including:
- another time;
- another date;
- another location;
- another available companion;
- an adjusted reservation;
- a future booking credit; or
- another appropriate accommodation.
If a client declines the reasonable alternatives available, the matter may be submitted for cancellation review.
A scheduling change or inability to complete the original arrangement exactly as initially anticipated does not, by itself, guarantee a monetary refund.
Each situation may be evaluated based upon its individual circumstances, including alternatives offered, resources already committed, expenses incurred, services already performed and applicable law.
6. Client-Initiated Changes or Cancellations
Payments are not automatically refundable when a client:
- changes travel plans;
- becomes unavailable;
- changes the requested date or time;
- decides not to proceed;
- cannot accommodate reasonable scheduling alternatives;
- fails to provide required booking information;
- becomes unreachable;
- arrives materially late;
- fails to appear; or
- otherwise prevents the reservation from proceeding as arranged.
Divine Dating VIP will determine whether the appropriate resolution is rescheduling, credit, modification, another accommodation or another outcome based upon the circumstances.
7. Same-Day, Short-Notice & Tour Reservations
Same-day, next-day, tour, promotional and short-notice reservations often require immediate coordination and involve particularly limited availability.
Payments associated with these reservations may be considered committed once coordination begins.
Cancellation or modification of a same-day or short-notice reservation does not automatically entitle the client to a monetary refund.
Divine Dating VIP may determine that rescheduling, booking credit, another reservation or another accommodation is the appropriate resolution.
8. Promotional & Special-Rate Reservations
Promotional pricing, discounted reservations, tour promotions, preferred-client pricing, membership-related offers and other special arrangements may be subject to additional restrictions communicated in connection with the reservation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, promotional and special-rate reservations remain subject to this policy.
If a promotional reservation is changed or rescheduled, the original promotional pricing is not automatically guaranteed for a future reservation unless Divine Dating VIP expressly agrees to preserve it.
9. Refund Review Process
All monetary refund requests require review and approval by Divine Dating VIP.
Submission of a request does not mean that a refund has been approved.
A concierge, companion, independent contractor, representative or other individual cannot independently guarantee a monetary refund unless specifically authorized to do so by Divine Dating VIP.
Requests received during weekends, holidays or outside normal administrative business hours may not be reviewed until the next business day.
In reviewing a request, Divine Dating VIP may consider factors including:
- the timing of the cancellation;
- the circumstances surrounding the reservation;
- work already performed;
- administrative and concierge services already provided;
- travel or accommodation expenses;
- time and availability already reserved;
- opportunities declined because availability was reserved;
- alternative arrangements offered;
- whether reasonable alternatives were declined;
- whether rescheduling is available;
- whether a future booking credit is appropriate; and
- any other circumstances relevant to the reservation.
10. Form of Resolution
The client does not automatically have the right to select the form of any approved accommodation or resolution.
Even when Divine Dating VIP determines that an adjustment is appropriate, the company may determine that the appropriate resolution is:
- rescheduling;
- future booking credit;
- an alternative reservation;
- an alternative companion;
- a partial adjustment;
- a monetary refund; or
- another appropriate accommodation.
A client’s request that funds be returned by Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or any other particular payment method does not create an obligation for Divine Dating VIP to issue a monetary refund or to use the payment method requested by the client.
If a monetary refund is approved, Divine Dating VIP may determine the appropriate processing method based upon the original transaction, payment-provider requirements, fraud-prevention considerations, accounting requirements and the circumstances of the reservation.
Banking and payment-platform processing times are outside the direct control of Divine Dating VIP.
11. Concierge & Coordination Services
Clients acknowledge that substantial work and value may be provided before the scheduled appointment itself.
Such services may include:
- communications;
- introductions;
- reservation management;
- scheduling;
- availability coordination;
- administrative services;
- travel coordination;
- accommodation coordination; and
- other concierge services associated with arranging the reservation.
Accordingly, cancellation of an appointment does not necessarily mean that no services have already been provided, no expenses have been incurred, or no resources have been committed.
12. No Guarantee of Continuing Availability
Website listings, tour pages, advertisements, emails, text messages and availability communications reflect information available at the time they are provided.
Travel schedules and availability may subsequently change.
No website listing, advertisement, preliminary availability statement or tour listing constitutes an unconditional guarantee that a particular companion will remain available at a particular time until final scheduling and coordination are completed.
If availability materially changes, Divine Dating VIP will determine an appropriate response under this policy.
13. No-Shows, Late Arrivals & Failure to Proceed
If a client fails to appear, becomes unreachable, arrives materially late, fails to satisfy agreed booking requirements, provides materially inaccurate booking information or otherwise prevents a scheduled reservation from proceeding, some or all amounts paid may be retained, applied as credit, or otherwise handled as Divine Dating VIP determines appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
No monetary refund is automatically guaranteed in these situations.
14. Individual Review & No Precedent
Every reservation is different and every cancellation or scheduling issue is evaluated individually.
A credit, refund, exception, promotional accommodation or other resolution provided in one situation does not establish a precedent or create an obligation for Divine Dating VIP to provide the same resolution in another situation.
Divine Dating VIP reserves the right to make exceptions when the company determines that doing so is appropriate.
15. Company Discretion
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, decisions concerning cancellations, rescheduling, booking credits, accommodations and monetary refunds remain within the discretion of Divine Dating VIP.
A cancellation request is a request for review and does not create an automatic right to receive a monetary refund.
The fact that Divine Dating VIP offers an alternative date, time, companion, location, credit or other accommodation does not constitute an admission of liability or create an automatic obligation to provide a monetary refund.
Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate, restrict or waive a right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
16. Payment Disputes & Transaction Records
Clients are encouraged to contact Divine Dating VIP directly regarding booking or payment concerns so the matter can be properly reviewed.
Divine Dating VIP reserves the right to maintain and provide relevant transaction documentation when responding to a payment dispute, including booking correspondence, payment records, reservation information, scheduling communications, policy terms, accommodations or credits offered, services performed and other relevant records.
Nothing in this section prevents a client from exercising rights available under applicable law or through an applicable payment provider.
17. Policy Applicable to the Reservation
Divine Dating VIP may update this policy periodically as the business and its services evolve.
The policy published on the Divine Dating VIP website at the time the applicable booking payment is received will govern that reservation to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
